Boxing Porch Pirate

An Arduino project that was made for a class at Mines. The goal was to make a box with two package thief deterrents and a way to activate and deactivate the box. I used a tilt switch on the lid of the box for activation, a button for deactivation, and silly string and a boxing glove as deterrents.

The project used motors to activate the glove and silly string as well as springs to push up the boxing glove. The motor that I used wasn't strong enough to use stronger springs, so the glove wasn't as successful as I would have liked. The controller was an Arduino which I wrote and uploaded all of the necessary code to.
